Very well clean. The staff was very nice. I agree on that it needs a facelift. One thing I didn't like was the water. It was suffer water and cloudy. Over all I enjoy my stay. Quiet place

I stayed here for about a week and wow big difference from back in the days. Much nicer and neater the rooms also are much better now. I felt more welcome and the housekeeping were so nice.

Not five stars because there’s better but this isn’t a bad place to stay. The owner is really cool and told me multiple time when the maid service is coming and when I wasn’t here I told him they haven’t came to my room and he sent the maid to my room and then asked me later if I got the sheets I needed. The maids nice and there’s one employee Robert he’s a little grumpy but he’s older so it’s expected. There’s a fridge and a microwave in the room which my son and I made popcorn from. Overall the beds are clean and the tv works. Robert even came to my room to fix the tv one time. Stayed here for a month.

This was among the remaining (and cheapest) rooms available for Ozzfest/Knotfest 2016. All we really wanted was a bed for the night. To that end, this place delivers. The bed was comfortable and we slept great! Sure, the place is showing its age, and some things aren't perfect. But we got what we wanted out of it: a bed to sleep in, a hot shower to get clean in, and a fridge to keep our drinks cold. If I'm back in town for another show, I'd come back.

The place ain’t bad not as bad as everybody else thinks they it is. Have a good time there.

Rooms are very spacious environment is quiet it's more like an apartment than a room I didn't expect it to be so nice I was truly surprised

Sun Park Inn & Suites is one of my favorite hotels I San Bernardino because the rooms are clean, the staff is attentive, and the prices are affordable and competitive. The landscape design creates a welcoming, comfortable environment. There are beautiful rose bushes and a community area with picnic benches and a barbecue grill, soda, and ice machines. A great place to enjoy a homecooked dinner or celebrate a child's birthday. There is a shared laundry room on site, a microwave, refrigerator, a/c & heat in each room. Free parking. The lot is easily accessible from the main road. accessible

My stay there was excellent it was quiet it was peaceful if I had any problems management was on it right there on the spot I would recommend it to anybody that want to get away and just relax that's the spot is a gas station if you restaurants just walking distance away if you want to drive it's not even just a few more minutes down the street the airport's right there San Bernardino I mean it's really convenient for a lot of different things I enjoyed my stay management with cool helpful I couldn't ask for a better place I will be back I enjoyed my stay and I hope to see them again real soon a big shout out to the manager you did a good job thank you sir
